CNC router cutting
We use CNC routers to cut plastic panels and parts at our Beverley workshop, in Adelaide’s western suburbs.
What size can you cut?
Our work area is 3000 × 2000 mm, for plastics up to 100 mm thick. Send your drawing so we can quote the job.
What materials can you cut?
We machine most plastic sheet products into finished parts with tight tolerances.
Our standard range includes acrylic, polycarbonate, HDPE, PVC and many other engineering plastics.
If you can’t find the material you’re after on our website, email us. We’ll check with our national supplier network to find the right material for your needs.
Can you cut holes and shaped panels?
Yes. We cut shapes, holes, rebates and cut-outs to suit your drawing.
Can I get a quote without a cutting file?
Yes. Send a dimensioned sketch or PDF, with the material, thickness and quantity.
Can I collect my parts?
Yes. Collection is available from our warehouse in Beverley SA 5009 during business hours.
